The Wildcats

The Wildcats are a classic rock dance band playing hits you know from the 1960s to today. Celebrating 25 years of being together, the band has raised more than $100,000 for Palo Alto public schools by playing private parties, school dinner dances, and corporate events on the Peninsula. Band members are Hank Barry (drums and vocals), Michael Brown (keys), John Hiss (bass), Al Kenrick (guitar and vocals), Kevin Mandia (lead guitar) and Jeff Scheel (guitar and vocals). The Wildcats won the Palo Alto Battle of the Bands and have been named by The New York Times as “perhaps the best Dad’s band in Palo Alto.” The Wildcats will be playing at The Guild theatre in Menlo Park on May 10, 2025 in addition to Palo Alto’s Third Thursday on May 15, 2025 on California Avenue.
